Primark pineapple candle | Primark pink & gold candle | Flamingo Gifts Mr P kiss mug | Primark flamingo cushion | Primark triangle cushion | Primark duvet cover | Flamingo Gifts Enjoy the little things sign | Flamingo Gifts sticky notes | Flamingo Gifts glasses case

Now that we have our own little flat, I've got a bit obsessed with home stuff! I just love adding little touches to create our own stamp on the place. Primark are really killing it with their home stuff at the moment. I started off by finding the cute cushions and we thought they'd be perfect on our grey sofa, mixed with our other colourful cushions. I think the patterns on the cushions are super cute and for £4, I knew we had to have them. I then discovered they had this geometric duvet cover, which is perfect for what I've been trying to get recently. I cannot wait to put this on our bed.

I also can't believe how cheap (£2!) and cute the Primark pineapple candle is; I've been after something Pineapple for so long and I couldn't believe I managed to get it in Primark! The pink and gold candle will look great against my makeup storage and I didn't even realise till after I'd got it that it was a smelly candle too!

When Flamingo Gifts asked if I wanted to choose a few items from their site, I was immediately drawn to the Mr P kiss mug as I love this little collection, I have a tea drip one which I adore, so now they can be friends! I've also recently joined the four-eyed gang so I really wanted a nice case for my glasses and this Vintage Ivy one is perfect. I'm also a bit of a stationary geek so I decided to go for this cute little set of sticky notes; I can't wait to start sticking pretty notes everywhere! This Enjoy The Little Things sign now hangs in our kitchen; I love quotes and I especially like this one.

What do you think of my little home additions? I rather like them.

My friend Charlotte and I ventured off to London to get involved in the Fashion Weekend action. After a disastrous (but hilarious) hour long tube journey, we finally made it to Somerset House! As well as getting to peruse all of the lovely (but expensive) pop up shops, we got to sit second row at the Halston Heritage show, which was filled with a mix of flowing pastels and tailored pretty pink shorts.

After getting a bit disgruntled that we couldn’t squeeze into hear the talks (and losing my phone), we decided to head to Covent Garden to get a bite to eat! We decided to give Wahaca a go and it was SO delicious, especially the guacamole.

Once our bellies were full and we'd accidentally drunk our neighbouring table’s drinks, (which is a whole other story), we popped to Oxford Street to brave Topshop. On the way though we had to stop and look at the pretty Liberty flower stand! After having three goes in the Topshop Photo Booth, after a couple of funny failed attempts, we decided it was time to head home!

I had such a lovely day in London and I realised I had really missed London! I vlogged the trip which will be on my YouTube channel very soon.
