big girl.

Dress: Boohoo
Coat: c/o SheInside
Fur Stole: H&M
Boots: BANK
Necklace: Primark
This dress and coat have definitely been my go-to items this week. I love smock style dresses lately and this simple one from Boohoo is no exception. It comes in lots of colours so I'm very tempted to get more! I did have to take it up because it was too long for me but I love this dress with tights and boots.
I am totally in love with these new cut out boots that I got from BANK. You can't see them that well in these photos but I'm sure I'll be wearing them in more outfit posts to come! If you want to see them in more detail check out my September Favourites video and I talk a bit about them.
This coat is really going to be a staple for this winter, it's super warm and really easy to wear. I especially love to wear my fur stole with it but I think it would look better with a black one so I may have to try and find one!
So the reason for the title of today's post is that I start my first full time tomorrow as a Marketing Assistant, ahhhhh! I'm very excited but also feeling very nervous. It will be quite a shock to the system, going from being a lazy student to working 9-5.30, but I'm looking forward to a routine and having a challenge. I have a lot to owe to my blog and YouTube as I know I probably wouldn't have got the job if it wasn't for them! I am going to continue my blog and I've got posts planned so it should all be fine!

Pro Voke Touch of Silver.

Pro Voke Touch of Silver Twice a Week Brightening Shampoo
Pro Voke Touch of Silver Intensive Treatment Conditioner
I had heard a few people raving about these tiny purple bottles so I decided to head to Savers and purchased them for £2 each.

As you are probably aware I have ombre style hair which means my blonde ends can get a bit brassy at times. I've previously used Umberto Giannini's Billionaire Blonde line and although it did work a bit, it really dried my hair out and it didn't make me want to repurchase it.

I didn't have high hopes for this Pro Voke shampoo and conditioner because it's not exactly fancy and it's so cheap. Oh how I was wrong. I have used these a few times and already I love them; they smell so good and are incredibly moisturising, neither product dries my hair out. I noticed straight away that it had lifted my blond hair and the brassy tones were reduced.

I would highly recommend these little beauties because they're hardly going to break the bank and they are better than any other purple shampoo and conditioners I've ever used.

I already know I will be repurchasing them when they run out.

it's Jess.

Dress: Primark
Coat: Primark
Bag: H&M
Boots: Topshop
Lips: MAC Lady Danger
I have to apoligise for being a bit MIA lately. I haven't got a good excuse other than I've been super busy with job interviews, having fun girly times, seeing McFly and working; I haven't been home long enough to sit down to blog a worthy post.

I thought I would come back with another outfit post as I'm really enjoying doing these again. This was a New Girl inspired purchase as I love Zooey Deschanel in that red dress and I thought by buying the dress I would become her (unfortunately I didn't). This new Primark coat of mine is fast becoming a favourite too; I love the faux leather sleeves as it makes the chunky coat look that bit more fitted.

I've bought a few dresses and new winter boots in the last couple of weeks so I can't wait to share those with you.

If you like watching YouTube videos then don't forget to check out my channel, I upload a new video every Sunday and sometimes in the week too; I can't actually believe my subscribers are heading towards 15000, that's just crazy to me!

I'm so pleased that my bloglovin followers have crept over 700 too! If you are a new or old follower, thank you to you all.

pink pulse

Jumper: Monki
Hat: Primark
Skirt: Topshop
Bag: Primark
Boots: Topshop
I have to admit I love this outfit; this is the jumper I bought when we went to London and I am completely in love with it, it's so thick and cosy and it was only £25 which I think is really reasonable.
I have wanted a bright beanie hat for a while and this £2 bargain fits the bill. I like how it adds to the outfit and makes a slightly boring outfit more interesting.
This was an outfit I shot for my Autumn/Winter Lookbook video which went up today so that includes a few more outfits (which I will be posting soon) if you're interested.

Dress: Cheap Monday via ASOS
Cardigan: Primark
Bag: Ebay
Boots: Topshop
Watch: ASOS
Lips: Wet n Wild Cherry Picking
I am loving this outfit right now. When I first bought this cardigan in Primark (watch this Primark haul video) I was worried I’d made a bad decision and I wasn’t going to wear it; Dan said I looked like a gorilla and I thought it was going to be hard to style. However I've definitely fallen in love for sure; I’ve seen a lot of these furry cardigans around and I think it’s going to be an Autumn/Winter staple, not to mention the fact it’s so warm and cosy.

I haven’t worn this humbug style dress in a while but I like it when the weather starts to get cold as I like to team it with tights and heeled boots. I believe there is a very similar one to this in Monki right now too.

How do you like this set up for my photos? I think I prefer it!

let's take it back to the old school

Dress: H&M (similar here)
Bag: Topshop
Shoes: Converse All Stars
Sunglasses: Ebay
This is what I wore the other day when me and Dan went to London. I really wanted to wear this (slightly dip hemmed) dress from H&M so I decided to keep it casual by wearing my Converse. I've literally had these All Stars for six years but I've hardly worn them since by wannabee fourteen year old self wore them to death.
I'm unsure if I can pull them off to be honest but I thought they suited the outfit and they were really comfortable for my trip around London.
This dress was really cheap but I love the shape of it and it's so versatile.

I love a LBD, how about you?
