VIDEO: real techniques core collection

Sorry I haven't blogged in a while, I've got a lot of uni work at the moment but I'm finished next Thursday so I'm hoping to get back into regular blogging.

Today is a video review of the Real Techniques core collection makeup brushes.

Take a look to see what I think!

Just some pictures of the brushes...

I hope you enjoyed my video and thanks for watching/reading!

what i've been wearing

I hope you are all alright! I'm still studying hard for my exams at the moment and I have a 3000 word essay in next week which is now starting to panic me a bit!

This is probably a bit of a cheating outfit post to be honest but I don't have much time to take decent blog pictures of my outfits at the moment as it takes a lot of preparation sometimes!

I have started taking pictures of my outfits on my phone so I thought I would share a couple with you because I can't do daily outfit posts on here but it's nice to see what people actually wear day to day right?

I've been trying to use different bits from my clothes collection that I probably wouldn't normally want to wear but it's better than me going out and keep buying more clothes!

So just a quick one today, hope you enjoy...

I tend to post these random outfit pictures on my twitter so give me a follow if you fancy it: @fayesays (click HERE and it should take you straight there)

lemon soda

This is just another quick nail post as I wanted to share this pretty polish with you.

I have been fancying a yellow nail polish lately as I think it's a great colour for Spring/Summer and when I was doing my usual rounds of Superdrug and Boots etc, I came across this little gem.

It's one of Collection 2000's 'HOT LOOKS' nail polish (which quite frankly has a terrible name). I have been loving Collection 2000 at the moment. Their cream puffs are amazing and I've more recently starting using their great concealor. The polish claims to be fast drying and I can say that it really lives up to those claims as it didn't take too long to dry which is always a must for me.

I bought the new shade Lemon Soda but the colour reminds me more of bananas!

I think its a lovely yellow shade which is probably boarding on moving into the oranges and its a pretty soft colour which isn't too WOAH. This colour would probably look even better if you had tanned hands (unlike moi).

I apologise in advance for my horrible stubby fingernails but at the moment I don't have the time or effort to put on my falsies.

So if you're looking for a yellow nail polish then I would totally recommend this one as it's priced at an amazing £1.79 so what are you waiting for?

I hope you enjoyed today's post and thanks for reading!
